I just have to say, I had the most incredible experience with this company. My hot water tank blew and within 20 minutes of being called by our landlord, they were here and inspecting the issue. Markie is a phenomenal worker, he was so very friendly, fast to diagnose and returned within an hour with a brand new hot water tank for us. His communication to us was wonderful. We hired Driftwood to deep clean our apartment after we moved out. tl;dr: they were unreliable, late to appointments, and their cleaning wasn't sufficient to prevent us from getting hit with a cleaning charge after all. We have good and dependable cleaning services with these folks. They are responsive and friendly and desire to please. They keep things in an orderly fashion. They are also very helpful with repair projects and have been very helpful with emergency snow removal.
