they are great. Have been using this place for probably 55 years...not exaggerating. Took my dog there when I was a kid, and now they are still kind and caring. Great place.
I loved this place when I first started going. Dr Kyle took the time for my dog to warm up to him. I guess that changed the past few times. Rushed in rushed out. Go to set up an appointment for this sat and asked about meds the doc wanted to try to calm him down. Two days later and several “well call back”, which no call back happened, I finally got a “we can’t help him since he’s too grumpy”. My dog can be mean. But he needed an appointment; which they set. they tried to save my dog but it was to late My Rocken Went At 1pm Today. i miss Him so Much They did the Best. so bring Your Baby Fur Family to them The Other Vets Dont Care Like They Do.
Vet did no tests on my dog and said she had an inner ear infection and gave her a shot, called back for two days and said it was not working, on the 3rd day she was worse so i called and it was his day off so she said i would have to bring her in for a recheck. Was charged another $40.88 for recheck all because he didn't do his job the first time..i was upset that my dog was still in pain as would anyone, nurse was very rude and she went out and talked about me behind my back with my friend sitting in waiting room who heard ... read more
My Missy was 15 1/2 years old she died last night. I took her to Driftwood for cremation We had been seeing Dr Mack for years. Dr Mack is extremely good. Genial and soft spoken. Missy had to stay over for sever days. Wonderful service. Very friendly staff. If I ever get another dog that will be my first choice.
