I was a new customer here today I had an appointment set up for 11:15am. I signed in and took my seat and waited to be seen. I waited little over an hour and the girls running the front desk where skipping over me calling in people who just Walked in. Most of the staff including the doctor saw that I was there waiting. Finally at closing time I get called back a mistake made by one of the girls at the front desk. I was then rushed through the entire vet visit by the vet who admitted seeing me walk in with my dog.
