This man told my adopter his cat has pyometra. That she needs an emergency spay. Pyometra is a pus filled uterus. In order to suffer from pyometra your pet has to be unfixed. This is common in animals that recently gave birth usually it's from a stillborn baby remaining in the uterus and decaying causing infection. The CAT IS SPAYED. Do not risk your beloved baby to this fraud and QUACK VET! It can be their lives. I would not let him cut a cake much less a cherished pet.
