My experience with a real estate representative named Ryan with this "agency" was a complete waste of time. It felt like negotiations were all one sided for a rental. All I wanted to do was meet, sign paperwork, hand over the deposit, get a receipt, move in, not difficult. We purchased our first investment property on March 4, 2021. If I could give Ryan 10 stars I would. He was super accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. With his construction background he was able to provide superior insight into the prospective properties. Something which I find invaluable in an agent. I had the pleasure of working with Steve for not only the purchase of my new home but also the sale of my existing home. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying/selling process, which was extremely reassuring. Although there were a few curveballs with the transaction, Steve was able to talk us through all our options in order for me to make the best decision.
