We purchased our first car from Dreyer & Reinbold earlier this week. We were very pleased with not only our purchase, but with the amazing customer service we received. Brian was wonderful to work with, very honest and informative. We had a limited timeframe as we needed to pick up kids from school and the staff worked efficiently to ensure the process went smoothly. We got a call the following day asking how the car was driving and if we had any issues so far. Very impressed!
Dina sold me a car the day after Christmas and she was an absolute delight to work with. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! I LOVE � my new car!
Can't say anything about the sales of cars here but the service department is horrible. Took me 2 months to get a simple thermostat fixed. Paid $140 for a full inspection found no leaks and then boom suppose they magically found a leak while replacing. Not to mention they tried to sell me on a new belt as well. Turned it in at 8am and it's now 3:45 pm and still nothing ready. Not to mention I waited 3 weeks just to get in here. STAY AWAY!!!!
