Everyone was so pleasant to be around and answered all my questions. They do lab work! I had some trouble scheduling over phone and had to wait on hold for awhile.
The staff on the phone call is so aggressive
As a student and future resident in less than 2 months, I advise all students to use your school insurance or any other insurance at another facility. They have a 10 min grace period for appointments that when you try and call to tell them you are running late due to weather and their lack of parking availablility around them but will be there within the 10 min period they have a long call wait time, NO matter the time of day (called at 11). I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've visited the place many times and always found everything I needed. Dr. Kim, in particular, is wonderful—she listens carefully, makes you feel comfortable, and is always so kind.
This spot not it. Called to schedule blood work needed for my dermatologist since I’m on accutane, but when I came to my appointment they told me that I needed to reschedule because they don’t do other doctor orders. One of the ladies at the back of the front was just especially rude to me.
