I showed up here today for my appointment. I’m a new patient. I was told that they attempted to contact me a month ago to move my appointment, but my voicemail was full. Sure, okay, I need to work on that. But you all have my email and can text me too. What kind of terrible excuse is this to not fulfill a longstanding appointment? You have my other contact methods. From the 3 times I've been to this facility, Drexel Internal Medicine at Rittenhouse Square has met my needs. Dr. Clyne is compassionate and concerned about my well being. The receptionists are fine as long as you're friendly and treat them with respect.

I tried to go to this doctor twice. I've the first time they called a day before my appointment and tills me I needed to switch my primary over to the. I called my insurance company. They made the adjustment for me. Arrived at Drexel and they told me they still couldn't see me even though my insurance had been switched. I had an appointment today. I called and told the early that morning I would be about 10 minutes late they said this was fine I left work at 4 p.m. My appointment was for 4 p.m. I got half way to the office a... read more
