The front desk staff here is so responsive and on top of it. Not to mention I've had great experiences with my PCP.
Went in for a routine physical that is fully covered by my insurance. Throughout the visit and as I scheduled the appointment, I made it clear I was only coming in for a routine check up. As Dr. Kuzma was taking my medical history and asking about my most recent emergency room visit, I explained that it was for a permanent condition that I have had for 20 years. Everyone I spoke to from the time I made an appointment to the time I saw a physician was very nice. Everyone was very personable as well, it was my first visit and I felt like I’ve been going there for years. Big thank you to all the staff at Drexel internal medicine fairmount, see you at my next appointment.
Such incredible staff. They’re always on time for my appointments which is so rare for busy offices. Dr Lau always takes time with me for appointments and his staff is professional and helpful. Recently during an emergency their staff was so resourceful and helpful to reach the doctor that was out of the office to find solutions. Nurse Tiffany was so kind, knowledgeable and amazing! Can’t recommend this office enough.
