Really really bad – I had Drexel install vinyl flooring in my kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms and also attempted to have them do new countertops for 3 bathrooms - all were a big mistake. Let's start with the replacement countertops - powder room and 2 bathrooms. great buisness – I felt like i had to write a review to say how wonderful this company is. I came to Drexel inches from insanity. After all the flooding, I thought my life could not get any worse. interior design – the service I received at drexel was phenomenal. The salespeople understood I had a certain budget, and they made sure I remained within it. Got some high quaility cabinets and sink for a very reasonable price. Like their commercials are saying, this is a very honest company.
discogirl is right! Get to drexel if you have flooding! Me and 2 other of my neighbors all had flooding in our basements. It wasn't 3 ft, more like a few inches, but it did considerable damage. we all went to drexel because a different neighbor recommended it. They worked with all of us individually and met our different needs. saved the day – my basement had 3ft of water in it! after it was drained I called home depot to see what they could do for me. Teh employee was rude and very unhelpful. I looked up drexel's number, called, and talked to someone bout gettin my carpet replaced. Salesmen were professional, cordial, n gave me the best bargains they could. thanks guys
Great store!! – I wasn't planning on remodeling my entire bathroom, but because Drexel offered me such great deals I decided I had to. They gave me the best service out there, and they even told me that the new company's policy is about getting the best bargains for their customers. How could I resist! LOL!!
Cabinets – Great place to get modern, stylish, yet inexpensive cabinets. Drexel had a ton of instock cabinets too, and that's what I ended up purchasing. I love that they are made in the U.S., and that Drexel is a true WI family owned buisness. The service was absolutely amazing as well.
