Excelente opción de hospedaje todo incluído, en todo momento el personal.se comportó súper atento, la comida en todos los restaurantes es bastante buena, las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas, cada día la señora de la limpieza dejaba detalles para mis hijas en su cama, detalle que adoraron. En general el servicio es excepcional. Seguro volvemos!
This hotel is nothing close to a 5 star hotel. - The food is ok. Wherever you go in the hotel. It's always underwhelming. The room service is below average, If not bad. The buffet... is a disaster for a 5 star hotel.. - BARELY any snacks/drinks in the room : only 1 small tequila a day (no other alcohol) + 1 mini chips + 1 m&m. That's it. Excelente servicio y atención de todos los que integran Dreams Vista Cancún. Además de consentir con detalles para los huéspedes. Los alimentos exquisitos (en todos los restaurantes) desde los snacks hasta los de especialidad. Y las bebidas deliciosas.
