Amazing Hyatt Vivid experience for Adults. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy luxury service, Hyatt Vivid offers that. First time visiting and I will definitely book this place again.
Not worth penny. Hotel nice staff okay food so cheap location horrible uber cant find. Restaurants either 50$ to 100$ per person or full if you are in all inclusive wth. Everyday for whole week no availability at steak house sure. Hotel empty maybe 30 people here. All day do try to sell you something. Just go somewhere 😆 we paid close to 6k for cheap drinks worse food. They barely have Mexican food.
No me gust� el hotel, los elevadores siempre estuvieron descompuestos, solo tienen un restaurante donde todos los hu�spedes podemos ir, en la parte de arriba hay otro restaurante pero ah� no puedes pasar si no eres socio es una tonter�a. No tiene playa, solo tiene una alberca, el jacuzzi est� s�per sucio, no me gust� para la relaci�n precio calidad no vale para nada la pena.
Las habitaciones de lujo con serv� bar bien llenito, las camas de ensue�o, todo el personal muy amable.
