Very unprofessional my family member who already paid for the venue had to reschedule a event due to a medical emergency talk to the owner she refused to do refund but agreed to reschedule the date when we go to reschedule the date she says it’s since we didn’t do it earlier she cant do our event so now she has the money and we didn’t get any services done due to a medical emergency we’re she said she would make it right now has blocked my cousin I would highly recommend taking your money else where especially if you want to... read more
Family had a medical emergency (baby in NICU) and needed to reschedule. The owner would not reschedule or refund the money already paid. I understand margins are small in small businesses, but this is not the way to gain any repeat business…

She refused to reschedule or refund my money due to a medical emergency. And then blocked me when I asked her to just respond. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
The Experience My Family Experience With The Owner On Tonight Was Terrible And We Don't Recommen Her Event Center Due To The Attitude She Had On Tonight This Is My Cousin First Child And We As a Family Was There To Celebrate Her And She took that from her Tonight With Her Attitude
