I went in dreamland bbq and my fried was cold. I walk back in and ask could that remake my fries. No one apologize about the inconvenience. I had to wait another 7 mins for my fries. I go out side to check and my sandwich is hard and the meat seem like it had been sitting were I couldn’t eat it. I ask for a refund manager didn’t seem to care or apologize. Took my card refunded and brought it back. They have the poorest customer service and wouldn’t recommend a dog to eat here.

Very nice people. Especially the lady in receiving that I used to deal with. Always friendly going above and beyond to help me when I was delivering. Its been awhile since I have been up there and unfortunately I don't remember her name. Thanks to you and all your employees at that end of the building.
