"Average" – I had heard that Dreamland BBQ had the absolute best ribs in Birmingham. When I finally got the chance to try them, I was not satisfied. I could have gotten ribs somewhere else and been just as happy. It wasn't bad, but it was not all that it is cracked up to be. "OVER RATED" is how I would describe it.
overhyped. – its just bbq. the prices are way too high for what you get, the best thing i had there was the banana pudding!
So overrated – One good point about Dreamland is the fact that all the hype will keep the good bbq rest. less crowded. I will never understand why this is overpriced, fatty meat, tough ribs establishment is so famous. If you have to have it, buy a bottle of their sauce and grill out.
Average – Decent place, though does not live up to the hype. I personally was not crazy about the sauce, but it was not but too bad...still searching for the BBQ that will keep me coming back.
