I have alot of dental anxiety and avoid the dentist!! I knew since the moment I called that this office was different . Scheduling was easy and smooth. Once you walk into the office you feel the positive energy and the passion this whole team carries in what they do. This is really is a dream team office. The doctors are honest and patient. Jacqueline answered all my questions in regards to treatment and insurance. I have been referring my friends and family to this place. Check them out!!!
Not recommend it at all. Staff is kind, but extremely inefficient. They don’t know how to do their job. Dr. Nona is not experienced enough. They don’t do anything to help patients. If the work is difficult, they won’t be interested in your case. And they will stop answering your calls. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I was SENT to USC by Dentist here. It took weeks to find out USC or UCLA don't take my insurance. I needed a deep cleaning, not complicated. So I made an appointment here. Last minute, I had booked a car, they called and canceled. Since the Dentist sent me to USC he refused to treat me. Because it was holidays, I had trouble booking elsewhere. Great experience from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean, efficient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The entire team is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients.
