I have to say, I used to love going here, but I feel the service quality & professionalism has really gone down hill. Up until recently, I’ve been a repeat bleach retouch client of Mal’s. Every couple of appointments (which I pre booked with her a month+ in advance) she’d cancel on me at the last minute. As a full time working professional, rescheduling is very tricky (and frustrating) as I work 40+ hours a week.
