L’hotel si trova nel cuore di southbeach alle spalle di casa Versace. Le stanze sono belle e spaziose, un po’ lasciate andare ci andrebbe un po’ di manutenzione in più ma nel complesso tutto buono. Apprezzato tanti i servizi inclusi tra cui: piscina, caffè nella hall al mattino, 2 bottigliette di acqua ogni gg, noleggio bici, teli per la piscina, teli mare, sedia mare e ombrellone per spiaggia.
Rating this low because the room door and walls are thin. Didn’t get much sleep because you can hear everything. Housekeeping placed a 6am alarm on my clock when I didn’t request for it and they came in one of the days when I kept my “do not disturb”. Front desk service is nice and it’s right next to the beach so location was good. For the price, there’s better hotels around the area.
I first visited this hotel years ago when it was among Miami Beach’s top-rated properties. Unfortunately, it now feels outdated and in need of renovation. Rooms are noisy due to thin walls and lack of triple glazing, and the pool, sun beds, and towels are worn or even dirty. Staff is friendly and accommodating, particularly Justin at the pool.
