My nails do not chip. It’s been somewhere around 2-3 weeks since my last appointment and they have grown out and need to be redone, but they have not chipped. I love this place.

I used to go here because some of the staff are really good and thorough. But, last time I was there, Kim made me feel bad for leaving a $5 tip for a service I was not happy with. She loudly said that I have to leave more tip because the total was $75. I commented that I was not happy with the service, that I paid extra for a foot massage that didn't happen. First time here- I wasn’t aware this nail salon was by appointment as MOST nail salons are walk in , I arrived one hour and 20 mins before closing for the women to tell me she’s not taking anyone else till the end of the day. Therefore my QUESTION is WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN TIL 7 IN THAT CASE? Absolutely ridiculous, not returning for any service. NOT CONVENIENT

I feel my nails are a bit bumpy and didn’t receive enough gloss, the only thing I think they are good for is for ppl who needs a salon that’s open on sundays
