You may as well call this place Nightmare Jeep. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jeeps bring MORE than what the book says, besides the book doesn't tell you where you can buy one!
Very good experience.
They offered to help with financing (I had a high credit score so was looking for competitive rate) but they had 12 banks run my credit report so ruined my credit score for too many inquiries - not how dealers do it; "gave" me a soft top that didn't fit the Jeep they sold me; only had one key and said they would try to get another key but once I was out the door they never would return my calls; did not provide emissions or know that where I lived (in Colorado) required emissions; I would not buy from Dream Jeeps again or re... read more
