Called and made an appointment last week. A week later I get a phone call stating they have to cancel my appointment because they are not accepting new patients. I asked why they even made the appointment to begin with and she said maybe the person was new. Then she said to just "call around" to find a new dr. Like ok, I will randomly call around to find a new dr and get a new referral. This office clearly cannot admit their mistakes or care about patients.

We have been coming here for over a year. My daughter has diabetes and they are amazing. The diabetes specialist is amazing. Tiffany always calls us if we ever have any concerns. I don't know what I would do without the prompt return to calls and concerns.

I absolutely loved this place when Cathy and Colleen were there. They were always there for my boys. Now, I don’t so much. Having two boys with diabetes and Autism is very hard. They don’t eat or do things like most kids and these doctors need to listen to me about my boys not just act like they are. Threatening a mom to report you because you missed two appointments is not how a doctor should act. My sons have Autism. they have bad days. We have been with this office for almost 6 years. Although there has been a major transition in provider/staff, we have felt very comfortable with everyone. They are very responsive to school orders, script updates, and returning calls. I wish there were more providers in other specialties that offered the the same level of care.
