No pillow or floating device to prop head on (was told they had all deflated), water was luke warm, air temp was too cold, we were not told there were ear plugs, therefore, with no pillow, you can imagine how much water got into our ears, and literally drowned out the music...disappointed. I expected much more (especially in the Hilltop area)...the young lady was very nice..that was the only positive thing...if you want to float, float elsewhere!
First this got greeted by a young woman, who seemed very upset we were there, had a groupon she was very rude and snippy about it being used, i floated for a while 10 minutes, because i could not get over how rude we were greeted, took a hot shower got dressed then sat in the room so i wont have to deal with her negative vibes.....i will not recommend this place or ever come back
We got my husband a Groupon for 3x's. He loved it!! They have a military discount for only $29/hour.
