I had a great first experience at the Dream Float Spa! There are showers in your float room, clean towels, earplugs, a sauna, and DELICIOUS complementary tea! My session was very relaxing. You are able to leave the light in the tank on or shut them off, and there are great music options. The drinks they have there for sale are super yummy too. I can’t wait to do it again!

I went to float for the first time today & I already booked another session. I had a complimentary cup to amazing tea to start off & it set the tone for the rest of the experience. I haven’t felt this relaxed in months. I feel completely reset. Highly recommend to anyone needing to decompress.

I love this place so much. Every time I visit I leave feeling refreshed. Unfortunately life has changed and I haven't been able to come back for over a year, but I'll be back! The building is clean, the staff are helpful and the place is the best.
This is one of my favorite places to visit in Virginia Beach. If you’ve never tried it, you should. The peace that passes all understanding. Love it! 💕 💕

I slowed my breathing down well below my normal breaths per minute. There's not a better scenario for meditating. You literally float effortlessly the entire time. Totally relaxing. Will be a regular part of my lifestyle. Exceptionally friendly staff.
