My float was AMAZING and the staff was awesome !! So glad I found it .
Very clean and professional environment. Staff was extremely personable. Everyone should try it !
So I was greater as soon as I walked into the established, the guy was great explained everything that was going to take place and even told me how long it would take to get started once I pressed the button so that I wouldn't press it twice and the float itself was a nice experience , until I turned the purple light on, there was rust and what looked to be mold on the inside of my pod , I couldn't get comfortable after that and even tried turning the light back off but it wouldn't leave my mind , so I left early, I've been ... read more
I went floating for the first time today, and the young man who helped check me in was very kind and had wonderful customer service skills. The float room was very clean along with the area to fresh up. I thought floating was a great experience and it was absolutely relaxing,it was very easy to relax after being in the pod. I suffer from nerve damage and I feel it really helped my pain in my back as well as the overall feeling of being 100 relaxed mentally and physically. I will definitely go again when I'm in town.
I'm sorry to hear that some did not have the best experience. I was greated by a very polite young man who explained the entire process of my first float experience. I found the facilities to be clean and well maintained. My first float was amazing. I didn't know what to expect but it was definitely beyond anything I could have expected. Even though it took me a while to get completely relaxed, I've never been so relaxed in my life. At times, it did have an "out-of-body" vibe to it. I will definitely be going back!!!
Went there today and floated with my girlfriend for her birthday.... we both loved it. We are definitely going back.
