Buyer BEWARE. Don't Purchase! Do NOT purchase from this company. I have spent 3 seasons trying to redeem a voucher that was purchased from them. He has asked me over and over to be patient and work with him yet it's been 3 seasons later and I still have not received my Hot Air Balloon Ride. When I asked about getting a refund I was told no and he treated me poorly after I expressed my dissatisfaction. I would NEVER buy from this company again! This is how they make their money.
