I am in conflicts about writing this review. I have had nothing but problems with this builder and their preferred lender. Do your research before signing a deal with the devil. I have tons of photos and emails from associates with Dream Finders to show my current build and Dream Finders careless attention to detail during the build and their need to rush things to just meet an end of the year closing quota. I am writing this review because I am concerned about my girlfriend who lives at Everlakes at Mandarin 55+ Community. She has had many problems with the builder, DreamFinders & is nervous to confront them anymore after previous issues. One of the biggest problems is the stagnant water in between most of the Villas at EverLakes. DreamFinders is fully aware of the problem, but they are doing nothing about it.
