Tried the new wings at Dread River and they blew me away. Meaty, perfectly crunchy, and the bourbon molasses wing sauce is unreal, they actually mix in their own house-brewed spirits into the sauce, which is such a cool touch for a distillery. Best bar food I've had in Birmingham in a long time. If you're stopping in for a tasting, do not skip these.
Most relaxing time at this spot, laid back, we even saw a photo shoot that while enjoying some adults drinks. Food was good. The host was most helpful we even took home some drinks.
Thank you Dread Distillery, you guys are awesome. We are the couple that came from California and had the tour and tasting. We really enjoyed the experience at your Distillery. The tour was very informative Bruce thanks a lot you were very knowledgeable about the process we appreciated and inspired us to buy several bottles. When we come to Birmingham again we will stop by. Thank you!
Fairly new facility, but it was great. The history behind it was very interesting! I had the most amazing time exploring this distillery. The tasting was so much fun!
