Office receptionist very unprofessional. Tried to get an appointment for a home care visit. Made client and caregiver feel like we were a bother because we called a few times with no solution or a date. She told us weeks ago she would let us know. I find that to be quite unacceptable. We've been waiting patiently for an appt. She repeated that she has told us that three times, as if she was reprimanding us for calling to inquire.
