Went to see Dr. Selbst because of pain in both feet in the metatarsal area and wanted to determine if pain was solely arthritis or possible bone/ligament injury incurred through dance (ballet, tap, jazz). After an MRI and X-rays, I returned and Dr. Selbst reviews finding and offered solutions. He taped both my feet to assist with healing and reduction of pain as well as provided some metatarsal pads for my shoes hand cut. My initial visit here at Boca Regional hospital was enlightening. He was quite cordial with me was determined to fix my issue. Looking forward to his future care of my feet in the near future.

My Son,Brian Benevento got foot infection that turned into MRSA, Surgery was needed after treatment did not work,we anticipated the big toe being amputated, but Dr.Selbst saved toe but needed to clean big toe bone, the tip of the toe had to be removed,we are so grateful to Dr.Selbst for doing all he could to save entire toe. Brian is diabetic and still sees Dr.for followup with his feet,
