Have been meaning to update this review. I have since moved on from this business for some time now. Was good at first but the problems came later...we were contacted by someone who allegedly does billing for them and apparently after doing an audit we owed them money for services that for all intents and purposes was communicated to us as paid every time I checked out of my appointment. I visited this dental office in April 2023 after moving to the area and being referred by a friend. Initially, the service seemed fine—until the dentist informed me that I had a cavity and needed to return for treatment. This was surprising, as I’ve never had a cavity before. Trusting my instincts, I returned to my previous dentist for a second opinion, who confirmed that I did not have a cavity. I been to Doctor Diane office a few times..very polite and honest..I have no problems with her or past office manager Tracy..I received an email from Elva G..advising me of a past due bill from 2023..I called her and ask why sent out so late..I never got it..said she is reviewing and they have up to 7 years to send out bills..? I reach out to my dental ins..told them I received the explanation inv that is not a bill from them they told me it's the dental office afterwards to mail out to me..I also explained I never got that ... read more
