Current tenants at Gateway 3, Newark NJ and this management company is useless. STAY AWAY!!! Management does not respond to tenant issues, office space has been above 80 degrees for the past year. There are also cockroaches.
Awesome company to work with and for! They care about their tenants and put them first. Great property managers and staff.
