RecommendedVery caring friendly professional office staff , very caring professional hygienist and Dr Draper is the best
They routinely overcharge because their front staff is ineffective at dealing with insurance. This last time they overcharged us by over $700 and then decided to lie about why they had not mailed out the refund check. It took us going to the office to finally get it back. I consider that thievery. Would not recommend. I like both dentist but I don’t like being significantly overcharged and then having to beg for my money back. Already sent a compliant in to insurance company to reconsider them as a in network provider.
DFD emailed me and asked for my feedback, so here you go... they are consistently late for scheduled appointments. I always book first thing 8:00 AM appointments to minimize chance of being late, but they typically call me in at 8:10 or 8:15 AM. Seems like since there is no one in front of me, they should be on time, right? And this is not just one occurrence, but majority of the time. After last appt. was 15 mins late, am now considering looking for another provider that can manage time efficiently. Their dental services ar... read more
