Shout out to Drake's Huntsville tonight for outstanding service . I mean OUTSTANDING!! Had been dealing with Chuy's (Huntsville) for a bit today trying to accommodate a party of 20 for Sams birthday. Chuys told me they don’t give special treatment to large parties ( even though their website says you must call to see if we can accommodate) hateful staff to say the least.. then told me it was a 2.5 hour wait. Good beer and good food. No backs on the chairs though.
Poor service and took forever to get our food. My friend called in an order to pick up, the server on the phone said it would be about 15 minutes. My friend and I walked in around 10 minutes after the order was place and sat at the bar. The waitress swiped my card and went on with her business. After 20 minutes, we still hadn’t got our food and no one addressed the issue.
