I used to like Drake’s when they first opened. Now not so much. I went there last night and the bartender was just in his own little world. He didn’t notice when customers sat at the bar. I had to raise my hand like I was in elementary school to get service. I ordered some food that had no flavor. My friend ordered a Moscow Mule that was horrible. I was not impressed. I doubt I will go back. Get it together Drake’s.

After SEV-ER-AL bad experiences at this restaurant, it had been years since I'd eaten there. A friend had a retirement party there at the end of the year, so we went, and discovered several items on the menu that were worth a return visit. But the crazy seating policy makes that easier said than done, and honestly, I don't necessarily want to have the whole DJ/bar experience when I'm trying to eat dinner. Fine -- no problem. We had a wonderful time. Great service and food was excellent. We even played Shuffleboard. We might celebrate my birthday here every year!!

I had lunch there today. The food was very good. I had the two worst cocktails I have ever had in my life. One was a "winter-time" special. I actually added Sweet N Low to try and improve the taste. Then I tried a margarita on the rocks. It tasted like plastic. I should have told the bartender but I didn't.

A few weeks ago my wife and I were eating lunch at Drakes. There was a table across the room that was being extremely loud. Without making a complaint, the manager came by our table and apologized for the distraction and offered to comp our meal without any further questions. Very impressed with their customer service and the food is delicious! Highly recommend.
Excellent food and Phenomenal service.... I am always amazed at how fast our food comes out and very please with how much everyone goes out of their way to make sure dining there is a great experience. Drake’s is always my first recommendation in Huntsville!
Had a great lunch. Cold day called for chips and salsa with a big bowl of chili. Service was great. Fire was cozy. Thanks again.
