I'm sad that Dr Drake sold out to another company. I understand he is retiring or working part time now. He's taken care of all of our pets including a lab that had to be put down because he was suffering and another that died while being treated for cancer. Dr Drake and his staff were always the best but now... it just seems the "company" doesnt care. They no longer take CareCredit which was our payment method of choice with Dr Drake. I'm looking around for other options at this point.

We've been going to Drake Pet Hospital for 12+ years and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Drake. I was sad to learn he was retiring, and when my lab was due for shots I thought it would be a great opportunity to meet the new vet. Dr. Bowen was so great! Super friendly, took time to answer any questions and concerns I had, was so sweet to my pup and did a very thorough exam. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my animals and I'm 100% confident in Dr. Bowen!
Took Kloe in for her first check up and vaccines today and loved the staff! Everyone was welcoming and answered every question I had. Definitely making Dr. Drake her veterinarian ���
Took our dog in today for the first time since moving to round rock. Have to say we are very impressed with the care that she received. Dr Drake knows what he's doing and took excellence care of her. The staff was professional and very inviting. We knew this was going to be our new vet right away. Thank yall so much.
While spaying my dog he found a tumor on her mammory gland and left it. They didn't call to ask what I wanted done, didn't just remove it, he left it there, telling me to bring her back in for another surgery to remove the tumor when she is healed from this surgery. He said "we weren't prepared for that and it was getting late."
