RecommendedWoke up in the middle of the night with a freezing house. Zero degrees outside, 30 inside. I called 2 other companies who never showed after 2.5 hours of waiting with a child and pets. Called Drake at 8:30am, they were here by 8:45. Problem was fixed by 9:15. Price was affordable. Technician was so nice and helped ease my mind. I am eternally thankful! My child & pets are as well!!! <3 AMAZING!
It would really be nice if the technician on call overnight would return a call. I phoned answering service at 115 am for a furnace that quit working. Was told tech would call me in a few. 1 hour 15 minutes later still waiting. I called again. Answering service said they would contact tech again. At 355 am still no return call from tech. I phoned again and told them to stuff it that I would find someone else. What a way to run a business!!!!! I will never contact them again and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone.

RecommendedWoke up to no hot water this morning. We called at 6:30 and Scott was in our driveway by 8 and we had a new hot water tank installed by lunch time! So thankful! 🙌👍
Great guys, straight to the point and got me up and running within 25 minutes of being there.
Had two appointment cancelled within last 2 yrs., understand that, but they never called me to say I was cancelled, I had to call them, would you run your business like this!!! Sent a letter, left a message, still no reply, really!!!!! By the way these appointment were scheduled well in advance!!!!!

I cannot thank this company enough. They literally saved my life. I had called because my heat went out. They were able to get me in the same day due to a cancellation. The thermal coupler had died but Scott did a thorough inspection as well and found my chimney duct was totally blocked. My house was not not letting any furnace emission out the chimney. Wow! I made an appointment two months ago for Drake Heating & Air Conditioning to come and perform routine maintenance on my furnace between noon and 1pm today. In my experience, that usually means a contractor will come around 115, but not drakes. Scott was here at 1150 and went right to work. This saved me a lot of time as I did not have to wait around for him to show up. You can always count on drakes to be on time, professional and courteous.
