We recently purchased a house that had the AC stop working. The AC was installed in 2018 by this company. We had two different companies identify leaks in the pipes where they weren’t properly brazed at the time of installation. This caused slow leaks over time and the system froze up. When we found out who did the work we figured they would stand behind their work and make it right. Thank you to this wonderful company! Noticed a problem and they came within a couple hours and fixed it quickly. What a great company to still take care of their patrons during this difficult time.
Drake was on the scene within an hour after our call. The technician, Scott, was professional, thorough, and efficient, explained what was wrong with our water heater and furnace, ordered needed parts, and returned the next day to install. They are the best in the business.
We've had bad luck with contractors and repair folks. Took a chance on Drake this morning for furnace problem. Called at 8, here by 9, fixed by 9:30 and at a reasonable price! Scott was our tech. Nice guy, very helpful . . . so glad we called Drake
