We had a wonderful experience. John was punctual, friendly, professional, and courteous. He fixed our plumbing issue quickly and cleanly, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
John and Kelcie came over this morning because we had a problem with our water heater. They were very professional and friendly. They made sure that we understood what the problem was, how they were able to fix it and how to avoid the problem in the future. John and Kelcie were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone.
I had an 8:30 appointment to get my disposal fixed and not only was John early but he was quick and very efficient. After replacing the disposal he reviewed with me any maintenance I needed to know to keep my disposal running at its best. He was extremely polite and personable. Fantastic experience!

John came out on an insurance call and was extremely kind, quick, and efficient. He even took the time to look over a bill from another company that had over charged my grandmother. John is a stand up guy who had me set up a free estimate (that is their policy anyway) for my grandmother so she could get a second opinion. Next time I, or anyone I know, needs a plumber I'm calling Drain Surgeons and requesting John!

We had a leaking pipe in the basement for the 2nd time in 3 months and our home is only 10 years old. We had another plumber come in February but he only fixed the one fitting that was leaking. John repaired the leak and went the extra mile and checked all the fittings on that line. I felt like he was honest and hard working. He showed up early and was very friendly. I would definitely call Drain Surgeons again.
John came and helped us out with our multiple plumbing issues. He was terrific! He was very prompt and used his time well and was very knowledgeable. He was courteous and made sure that things were picked up and looking good before he left. He didn't cut corners and did quality work. We highly recommend him.
