Shortly after our water heater died, my husband called and we had a technician named Heath in checking out the problem in a very timely manner. He ordered us a brand new water heater and had it installed within 24 hours. Great Job Heath and Drain Surgeons!

Heath was wonderful! He showed up early, got the job done quickly and was super friendly. He even made a recommendation for a water damage restoration company that helped out a lot!
Our warranty company referred us to them. The only frustration was that we had to wait a couple of days, but it was worth it to have it covered under our home warranty. Heath was the technician who came. He was able to come a few hours earlier than we anticipated, which was great for us. He was very efficient, personable, and knowledgeable....even taking the time to answer other questions I had about tankless water heaters. I would definitely recommend Heath to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I have used The Drain Surgeons a couple of times and both times I was very pleased. They were on time, didn't leave a mess and the price was right too!
Jesse came and replaced my water heater. He was really knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me. He went the extra mile with everything. Even though I had to go through my frustrating home warranty company - my experience with Drain Surgeons and Jesse was phenomenal! Highly recommend these folks!! They send out individuals who have no idea what they are doing, even when I proved their diagnosis wrong they still refused to fix the problem on my home warranty claim. I would not recommend this company!

Your frustration is understandable however please understand that we are obligated to report what we see to the home warranty company. We have no control over what they cover and cannot proceed with repairs that they do not authorize.
