These guys left me hanging with a half installed gas fireplace and a clawfoot tub in transit and blamed it all on me. This is the first time I have bothered to leave a negative review here.

After my home warranty sent out Big Boy plumbing (who not only had trouble diagnosing the problem, leaving my family to struggle with our water heater for 3 weeks and later wanted to charge me an additional $250 after I paid the $90 warranty fee when the warranty refused to cover it) Mike from Drain Pro came out, charged only $150 after quickly diagnosing the problem, AND unclogged and reset our garbage disposal without charging us, also leaving us a tool to reset it ourselves.
