We had a disaster in the 2nd floor bathroom that caused an equal disaster in water damage to the kitchen on the floor below. At 9:30 PM Martin, Dawon, and Jerry showed up and stayed until after midnight to make repairs and limit the damage to our house. I just can't say enough nice things about these guys and Drain Masters of St. Peters. This is a wonderful company.

Hot water heater pilot light was only lighting one flame. Called Drain Masters late afternoon and they scheduled me for 11am to 1pm next day. Ed got to my house in Florissant MO and diagnosed the problem quickly, educated me the price, replaced the knob and was done in less than 20 minutes. He also stated the age and condition of the water heater and the cost of a future replacement. Ed was super efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Drain Masters.

Fantastic service! Yesterday (Saturday) we had a major pipe leak and needed a plumber asap. We must have called 15 companies that advertised "emergency" service and couldn't find anyone to come out. Called Drain Master and they were here within 45 minutes! They did a great job not just finding and fixing the leak, but advising us about problems with our pipes that may cause trouble in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Very expensive & mediocre work. Have them quote u a price over the phone so u don't waste ur time or money. If they won't give u some idea of a price use someone else cuz their trying to rip u off. Trust me
I was very pleased with Drain Masters. I had an emergency on Sunday afternoon, and Drain Masters sent someone to my houses immediately. Itt didn't cost an arm and leg for a Sunday afternoon call.
