Just had a fantastic experience with Drain Masters plumbing, had to have a new water heater put in to replace a crappy tankless. Ed showed up right at 9am as scheduled, was very courteous and helpful and went right to it. After discussing with us what would be best we put in a work order, and took care of us in no time! Once Ed was finished, Marvin arrived to take care of the electrical portion, since we were changing from tankless back to a tank system extra electrical needed to be done. It took a while but the people from drain master did a wonderful job of fighting the cause of a plug sewer a new one of my trailer's great job dream masters really appreciate the work you did Thank you Eddie And his partner A job well done.

Drain masters sent their very best his name was Marvin Baggs. We had several plumbing companies to attempt a fix;however, Marvin went the extra mile explaining every step and procedure. Asked questions. Continued until he found the problem. He even put heavy towels on the floors to prevent damage and my having to clean where he worked. Thanks for your service!!

We woke up around 3 am on a Saturday to a sump pump failure and two to three inches of water in our basement. We were able to get in touch with Drain Masters very quickly and they had our pump replaced, basement drying, and repair appointment scheduled within no time. And everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommended Drain Masters!

Dishonest company who TRIES to up-charge without explanation. AFTER I decline their services for charging way over the estimate given over the phone the service guy wanted me to sign on the line that says "work order authorization". STAY AWAY!! Shady company for sure!

Overprice, left mud all over our basement and tracked it up the stairs on our white carpet. They broke the sump pump piping took our money and ran. Finally realized pipe was broke and leaking flooding our yard. We will see how they handle repairing their mistakes but I have no faith.

We called last night around 10:30 for an emergency plumbing issue. Said they’d get someone out here. We called about 2 hours later, the lady who answered said she’d have the guy call us, he never did. Called about 5:30 this morning again, told the same thing. It’s now 7:30 & haven’t heard a thing. We ended up calling someone else. For a place to call themselves a 24 hour service sure doesn’t act like it!

They sent someone out right away, and referred us to All Star Septic, since it was a septic tank issue. I appreciate the management for being patient with me.

A waste of $366. Our drains needed snaked and all he did was provide an estimate while “eliminating the blockage” with his camera. Called him out 2 days later and the next morning the basement drain was flooded again. Thanks for nothing. Turns out there was a secondary blockage his camera line wasn’t reaching. Next time, snake someone’s home not just camera to get a bid. BBB here I come.
