I would leave them ZERO stars if I could. I had a leak in a sewer pipe in my basement. I found Drain Doctor NY online and made an appointment. Tom Wundeler came out to look at the issue and told me they could reline my pipe so it would not leak anymore. He sent me an estimate for $10,500 for the job and a contract outlining what Drain Doctor NY would do to fix the issue. Tom was a consummate professional. He always answered the phone when i called, and worked in a careful and professional manner. He found another issue but did not attempt to upsell...he just fixed the problem he saw. Highly recommended.
