You will not find fresher sushi at a restaurant. After they opened when someone told me they had the best sushi in Gainesville, I figured they just did not know what good sushi was; I was wrong. The quality of their ingredients for raw and cooked foods in fantastic. Their flavor and creativity is exceptional. If you don't come early on Friday and Saturday you may have a long wait but well worth it. Try the sushi dishes before dunking in soy or other sauces you may order with your sushi at other places.
