We came with a large party(17) on a Saturday right for graduation at 5pm. We had called and also preordered some platters ahead during the week. We had absolutely amazing service, especially for for such a large group, by a waiter that we can't remember his name:(. But we did applaud him and tip him well!! Not impressed with pace. Food was good. Presentation was on point. Service was kind and attentive. But five of us time three hours to eat because of bad timing
Muy acogedor el restaurante, la comida con muy buen sabor. Me pasé un momento muy agradable. A mi no me gusta el sushi, pero probé de 3 diferentes platillos (todos Sushi) y me gustaron mucho, en verdad la gente muy amable, buen ambiente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This is definitely a staple of Gainesville dining. Having traveled the globe and dined in cities from New York to Tokyo, I'd say this is one of the most forward-thinking restaurants I've ever been to. From the well-thought-out menu, to the warm and attentive staff, your expectations shall be met, then exceeded!
