F*** this place. – Do not work here....EVER! As noneofyourbswax said, this place is truly the devil. They have placed me under investigation by the state two times because one of the staff didn't like me. The clients loved me because I tried to get them out of the house for a change but DRACO will try to get you on the abuse neglect registry for that. F*** me right? The managers are about as bright as the clients. I have worked in this field for 5 years for numerous companies and Draco is by far the worst!

STAY AWAY FROM DRACO. IM WARNING YOU. – DON'T EVER WORK HERE!!!! THE MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS AND MOST OF THE STAFF IS BY FAR THE LAZIEST, RUDEST, AND MOST ANNOYING I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS. I HAVE WORKED FOR MANY COMPANIES AND EMPLOYERS BUT THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST. A LOT OF THE STAFF WERE BEYOND RUDE. THE TWO PEOPLE I HAVE RESPECT FOR IS O.D. AND THE HEAD RN I THINK HER NAME IS LISA. MANAGEMENT SKILLS 101 – Worked there for a short while and never ever would I ever go back, nor would I ever refer anybody. This company dont give a hoot about its workers, much less about its clients. They hire anybody to work there, so the chances are pretty high you'll be working with an inexperienced dud head or just some person trying to make a buck. As for there Supervisors, WOW!
