Today I had a checkup with Doctor Li. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30. I arrived at 10:20 and went to the front desk to check in. I was asked to double mask, waited a few moments when the woman explained that I was “all set”. I waited for 30 minutes before someone came out to ask me if I had checked in.
