She professional and personal. Five star.
I Was referred to Dr. Vandal and my first visit I found that everybody in the office was polite and respectful. Losing one of your senses is a scary and hard thing. Especially your sight. I felt very comfortable and Dr Vandal was able to explain everything and answered all my questions. I left the office with a lot less anxiety about my sight in the future.
Helpful friendly staff and confidence in Dr. Vendal. Everything flowed smoothly.
Visited twice, so far, for cataracts and vision issues. Very thorough exams, knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Vendal was careful to explain all findings, then recommended a course of treatment. My questions were answered, and I never felt that Dr. Vendal was in a hurry to end the exam and appointment. Front desk personnel took time to fit the next appointments to my schedule. Very comfortable visits, no hesitations about returning or about recommending Dr. Vendal to others.
The staff is unusually friendly and competent. My examinations before I saw the surgeon were pleasant amd thorough. Dr. Vendal explained my options clearly and set up dates for pre/op and surgery. Then an assistant explained how I will clean and prepare my eyes.

I came in not knowing what to expect & the professionalism of the entire staff was surely refreshing, marvelous group you have there, I continue to look forward to my visits & the 10 star customer service I got there.
