Dr. Byrd is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I have ever been too. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes time to answer all your questions. He was also excellent at explaining my diagnosis from start to desired outcome. He gave me hope and he’s compassionate and real. The entire JIS staff is wonderful. Each department you meet with is fantastic!
He is very nice Doctor, explained all the options I have & listen to my problems so carefully. He takes time I think he is never in rush to conclude if I need to recommend he is 100%.
I traveled from Florida to Ohio to get help with my knee. I totally trust JIS and that is huge part of reducing my anxiety about my upcoming knee replacement! This trip I was able to meet Dr. Byrd who will be doing my replacement. I breathed a huge sigh of relief knowing I will be well taken care of. Everyone else i dealth with on my visit was upbeat and left me feeling confident.
