Dr Zach Morcom's got me feeling MUCH better. I've been struggling with chronic neck pain, hip mobility issues and shoulder tension for a long time unfortunately. When my neck flares up, I can't look over my right shoulder so have to turn my entire upper body to shoulder checking.
