I don't know about Dr Hall but her clinic, Guadalupe Psychiatry, is unprofessional. They do not tell patients they will be seeing Telemed providers until they are already in the office paying their copay. Once in the room the video chat doesn't work, they ended up using a receptionists personal cell phone for my appointment. Doc only asked initial questions then immediately prescribed a medication I don't need. It was so frustrating to think I had finally found a provider only to find this.

I am sorry you had such a bad experience. We recently introduced telepsychiatry, and I believe we have improved the telepsychiatry services significantly. The reason for introducing telepsychiatry is that I no longer can take new patients. I was faced with the decision to close the practice to new patients or find other way to provide services. I would have prefered on site providers, but after looking for the past 3 years I was not able to find a provider willing to move to NM.
Dr. Hall's office staff answers my phone calls and have been helpful in seeing Dr. Hall when necessary. Very nice calm office setting.
Dr Hall is knowledgeable and kind. When I called with concerns about a medicine she prescribed, she phoned back to investigate my symptoms and explained what I should do. She gives me practical advice in a calm and considerate manner.
Eight years ago I stumbled into Dr. Hall's office on a referral from a therapist. I had fallen and had a concussion. Several hospital ERs blew me off as anxiety. I had post concussive syndrome . Dr Hall saved my life!!!! I still see her maybe twice a year to make sure all is ok. She is my angel !
My previous specialist retired. I feel so fortunate to have this practice in Rio Rancho. A soothing environment, clean facilities, friendly staff.
Dr. Hall is a very caring person who is interested in my continued improvement and happiness.
Always listens to concerns about life and medications. Works with me and guides me, but doesn't ever make me feel uncomfortable with what I say or feel.
Dr. Hall is a caring individual that takes time with me and remembers details from previous visits that are important to me.
Dr. Hall gave me a new chance at my life. She knew exactly what I needed to be functional in my life and work. I thought I would never be working again or living a life worth living. Thank you for helping me return to life. A life I knew in my heart I was missing.
